Following some viral teasing on social media last week, Korn, System Of A Down and Faith No More have revealed that they will play a massive show together at Banc Of California Stadium in Los Angeles, California on May 22nd. Helmet and Russian Circle will also appear on the bill.
Tickets go on sale this Friday (February 7th) at 10:00 a.m. PT. The concert will mark the first-announced U.S. show of 2020 for both System Of A Down and Faith No More. System played a couple of U.S. festival shows last May, while Faith No More recently announced its first live performances in five years.
Korn singer Jonathan Davis told us a while back why he likes playing these types of festivals: ["I really like the destination festivals. I mean, they've got tons of them in Europe, they do extremely well. It's so expensive and so much goes into bringing a festival on the road, taking it from city to city, 'cause we've done it with Family Values. It seems like it's better just to put this big festival (on), book a whole bunch of bands and have people come to you."] SOUNDCUE (:16 OC: . . . come to you.)
All three bands began teasing the show on their social media accounts over the weekend, posting the same image of an astronaut floating in space with the caption "Monday."
