Lauren Alaina has given her fans six new songs with the release of her EP, Getting Good. She co-wrote five of them, including “Ladies in the ’90s,” while the title track is playing at country radio.
Lauren tells us she wanted to get the new music to fans as fast as possible before hitting the road. “The reason we are even releasing it is because I just could not wait until we finished the entire album to put out new music. It’s been a while since we put out new music and we’re doing a headlining tour and we’re performing the new music, and nobody has access. So, the six songs that we’re performing live that necessarily aren’t out on an album or anything, we put together as an EP, so the fans could go listen to them and practice them and come sing them at the shows. So, I’m really excited about that.”
Lauren plays this week in Kansas, Nebraska and Colorado.
