Three Days Grace has released the official music video for the song “Strange Days.” The track is taken from the Canadian band's latest album, Outsider, which came out in 2018.
The group said in a statement, “We're excited to share the new music video for 'Strange Days,' a song about sticking together, supporting each other and keeping your head up and carrying on during scary and uncertain times. We hope these strange days are over soon and until then please stay safe and look out for one another.”
Drummer Neil Sanderson told us that hope has always been a theme in his band's songs: “As we've gotten older, we've seen a lot of trauma in our personal lives, with health, with the people around us and loss. And I think we've thought about life a lot more, and like, what it is to be alive and what it is to not be alive. And at a certain point, the only option is to be alive or to not be alive, and it's like, it's better just to survive.”
Three Days Grace planned to spend most of 2020 writing and recording material for the follow-up to Outsider, which also featured the rock radio hits “The Mountain” and “Infra-Red.”
