Zac Brown has put his Nashville Southern Ground recording studio on the market for $10 million. The 9,100-square-foot space is located near the city's famous Music Row area, and includes a loft, a basement and a full kitchen.
Taste of Country reports that Zac bought the property for $900,000 in March of 2012, and spent about $4 million updating both the building and its recording equipment, all of which will be included with the sale.
Zac Brown Band recently outright canceled all of their 2020 tour dates due to the current pandemic.
