The Killers have shared a new song called “Fire And Bone,” the second from the band's upcoming album Imploding The Mirage. The new track follows “Caution,” which has already become a hit at modern rock radio.
Imploding The Mirage was originally due out May 29th, but the group will announce a new release date for its sixth studio set in the coming weeks. The band called the new song “one of our favorite album tracks” in a statement posted on Instagram.
In addition, Killers frontman Brandon Flowers and drummer Ronnie Vannucci went on Instagram Live on Friday (April 24th), where they debuted another new song called “Dying Breed” and teased a 30-second clip of a fourth track, “My Own Soul’s Warning.”
The Killers were also supposed to embark on a world tour to support the new disc starting this spring, but those plans and ticket sales have both been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
