Chris Trousdale, who was in the band Dream Street from 1999-2002, has passed away from the Coronavirus. He was 34.
A family member confirmed that he passed June 2nd at a hospital in Burbank, California.
Chris was a member of the boy band alongside Jesse McCartney, Greg Raposo, Matt Ballinger and Frankie Galasso.
Dream Street broke up in 2002 after a legal dispute between the boys’ parents and their management.
Trousdale was on Broadway when he was a child and later appeared in shows like Days of Our Lives, Shake It Up, Austin & Ally and Lucifer.
He released his own single, titled “Summer,” in 2019 on Spotify. In 2012, he was featured on an episode of NBC’s The Voice, during which he auditioned for judges Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine. He did not make it through the audition round.
