Kelly Clarkson took to Twitter to thank the guests who have virtually appeared on her talk show.
She also opened up about the tough year saying that 2020 has been “challenging, overwhelming and sometimes it feels like hope is lost.”
“Shout out 2 every single guest I’ve had while taping my show this summer,” she wrote. “This year has been challenging, overwhelming & sometimes it feels like hope is lost.”
She continued, “BUT I have had the honor of meeting some incredible humans doing amazing things & keeping hope alive & I want 2 say THANK U.”
Kelly wrapped the first season of her NBCUniversal show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, on July 15th. Her show was suspended on March 13th as the pandemic halted in person filming, and resumed in April with Clarkson filming from her Montana and Los Angeles homes.
Kelly filed for divorce from husband Brandon Blackstock in June, after seven years of marriage. Now, according to court documents, Brandon has agreed to the 38-year-old singer’s request to share custody of their children, River Rose, six, and Remington Alexander, four.
