Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor will no longer be the only member of the group entering the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year. While he was initially the only one named to the Hall, six other members of NIN have been added to the list of inductees — Atticus Ross, Robin Finck, Chris Vrenna, Danny Lohner, Ilan Rubin, and Alessandro Cortini. Due to COVID, this year's Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony was canceled but will take place via a television special set to air on Nov. 7th on HBO.
Charlie Clouser, Jerome Dillon, and Josh Freese are among the former members of NIN who didn’t make the list of inductees, as well as Richard Patrick, who toured with the band in early days.
Other Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class of 2020 inductees include Depeche Mode, the late Notorious B.I.G., T. Rex, The Doobie Brothers, and the late Whitney Houston.
