Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross won their first Emmy Award last night.
The pair took home the prize for Outstanding Music Composition For A Limited Series, Movie Or Special (Original Dramatic Score) for their work on the HBO miniseries Watchmen at the Creative Arts Emmy's last night (September 17th).
The award puts the Nine Inch Nails members one step closer to an EGOT, needing only a Tony to achieve the “grand slam” of show business.
Reznor and Ross previously won an Oscar for the score of David Fincher's The Social Network and a Grammy for the score soundtrack to Fincher's The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (Reznor has two additional Grammys for Nine Inch Nails' music).
