Jameson Rodgers sits in the Top Five and climbing with his debut single, “Some Girls.” The song could well be his first Number One hit, but whether it does or doesn't, Jameson tells us he feels pretty lucky to have made it this far. “I mean I'm just counting blessings, honestly, because I've been up here 10 years and I have a lot of artist buddies that may not have been as lucky as me to have their debut single go this far, and so I know how difficult it is and how rare it is probably for a debut single to go, you know, Top Five or Number One, whatever it's gonna go, but, yeah, just kind of soaking it up.”
Jameson recently celebrated his first RIAA GOLD-certified single as an artist with “Some Girls.” The song has reached sales exceeding 500,000 units.
