Miley Cyrus's seventh studio record, Plastic Hearts, will be released on November 27th.
The singer made the announcement on Instagram early Friday morning (October 23rd).
In a lengthy post, Cyrus explained that she has been working on the album for the last two years but lost most of the music in house fire.
She wrote, “Just when I thought the body of work was finished it was ALL erased. Including most of the musics relevance. Because EVERYTHING HAD CHANGED.”
“Nature did what I now see as a favor and destroyed what I couldn't let go of for myself. I lost my house in a fire but found myself in its ashes.”
The album is currently available for pre-order at mileycyrusplastichearts.com
