Miranda Lambert and newcomer Ingrid Andress tied for the most Country music nominations at the upcoming Grammy Awards, it was announced yesterday (Tuesday, Nov. 24th) afternoon online at Grammy.com. They both earned three nods, including Best Country Song and Best Country Album.
Miranda was also nominated for Best Country Solo Performance for “Bluebird,” while Ingrid's third nod is in the all-genre Best New Artist category.
Ingrid shared her excitement on social media writing, “THIS. CANNOT. BE. REAL. 3 GRAMMY NOMINATIONS ARE YOU KIDDING ME RN????? IM SCREAMING THANK YOU RECORDING ACADEMY AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU. I am truly honored that the music my friends and i write is something you all can relate to. I will never forget this feeling. Thank you thank you thank you”
