There have been many downsides to the global pandemic, but one silver lining for celebrities is their ability to be unrecognizable when out in public thanks to masks. Carrie Underwood is among those who have appreciated the anonymity while recently checking out her Calia By Carrie Underwood holiday pop up shop in a Nashville mall.
She tells us: “Right before Thanksgiving, my friend and I went to the mall, which I have not been to in a long time and saw the pop up shop, but I wore like a ballcap and my mask and nobody said boo, so it was one of those things that it was like I do feel just like Mom doing Christmas shopping, which it's always nice when people say hi, but I could get everything done I needed to get done which was really nice as well.”
Carrie's new holiday special, My Gift: A Christmas Special From Carrie Underwood, is currently streaming on HBO Max. Her My Gift Christmas album was released in September.
