T.I. and Tiny have denied the recent disturbing allegations against them, which include kidnapping, rape and drugging. As previously reported, this past weekend, attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn called for a criminal investigation against the couple after over 30 women accused them of “a myriad of allegations of forced drugging, kidnapping, rape, and intimidation in at least two states, including California and Georgia.”
According to Page Six, an attorney for the couple said that they “deny in the strongest possible terms these unsubstantiated and baseless allegations” and called it a “shakedown.” Attorney Steve Sadow continued, “We are confident that if these claims are thoroughly and fairly investigated, no charges will be forthcoming. The Harrises implore everyone not to be taken in by these obvious attempts to manipulate the press and misuse the justice system.”
TINY'S FORMER FRIEND SABRINA PETERSON FILES LAWSUIT
During a press conference yesterday (March 1st), Blackburn said he will not reveal the names of the women because of concerns of potential intimidation. Blackburn is also filing a defamation suit against T.I. and Tiny on behalf of Sabrina Peterson — who accused the couple of sex trafficking and accused the rapper of putting a gun to her head. Blackburn said that the other women aren't looking for money.
He explained, “They’re seeking justice… These women have never put forth a request for money. They’ve never asked for money. Steve Sadow, maybe he misspoke… I didn’t ask him for a dollar and from what I got from the conversations we had from the emails, they were very, very interested in killing this story and these claims. They didn’t want this to come out.”
Meanwhile, one accuser has come forward and claimed that the couple forced her to have sex with rapper Nelly against her will back in 2014.
T.I. IS NOT RETURNING FOR 'ANT-MAN 3'
In other news, according to The Hollywood Reporter, T.I. will not be returning for Marvel Studios' upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
As previously reported, VH1 suspended production of the reality show T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle last month in light of claims against the couple.
