Lauren Alaina canceled her scheduled appearance at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY on Saturday (March 20th) night after testing positive for COVID-19. She was set to join Jon Pardi, Jordan Davis, Travis Denning and Priscilla Block for an acoustic performance in conjunction with a couple of local radio stations.
Lauren broke the news on Facebook writing, “I am so sad to say I will not be at the acoustic show in Lexington, Kentucky tonight. I tested positive for COVID yesterday. I am quarantining and trying to get better! Please know I can’t wait to get back – when it is safe for all of us. I’m so disappointed I won’t be at the show, but it may help cheer me up a bit if you go and send me videos and pictures. Please go to the show tonight and celebrate my friends Jon Pardi, Jordan Davis, Travis Denning and Priscilla Block.”
Last month, Lauren released her new single “Getting Over Him” featuring Jon Pardi. The song is the title track of Lauren's EP which was released in September.
