On Friday (May 7th), Chris Lane released a special song and lyric video in honor of Mother's Day yesterday (Sunday, May 9th) called “That’s What Mamas Are For.” He co-wrote the song which was inspired by a conversation with his own mom.
Chris said, “As a soon-to-be dad, this Mother’s Day more than ever, I’m just so grateful for my mom and the amazing momma my wife Lauren already is to our baby boy. This song is to celebrate all the mommas out there. We wouldn’t be who we are today without you.”
It’s the third new song in three weeks for Chris, who has also released his new single, “Fill Them Boots,” along with “Summer Job Money.”
Chris and Lauren will welcome their new baby boy this spring.
