Billboard has released its highest paid musicians of 2020 list. Following Taylor Swift, who grabbed the number one spot with $23 million is Post Malone, who made $23.2 milion, with $12.4 million coming from touring prior to the pandemic shutdown and $8.1 million in overall royalties, plus an additional $2 million from publishing.
Drake snagged the number six spot with $14.2 million. $11.7 million came from streaming royalties. YoungBoy Never Broke Again came in a number 9 with $11.9 million. He earned $10 million in combined streaming royalties including over 1.4 billion in video streams, 6.2 billion in audio streams, and almost 7 billion in overall combined streams.
Lil Baby rounded out the top 10 with $11.7 million. $9.1 million came from streaming, $2.2 million from publishing and $253,000 from two concerts.
Other artists that made the list include The Weeknd at No. 11 with $10.4M, Eminem at no. 14 with 9.7M, Lil Uzi Vert, who came in at No. 15 with $9.5M, DaBaby who ranked at No. 17 with$9.1M, Future, who scored the No. 22 spot with $8.2M, Roddy Ricch at No. 24, with $7.4M, Rod Wave, who came in at No. 25, with $7.37M, and Kanye West, who rounded at the number 30 spot with $6.3 million.
