The Black Crowes have announced a pair of concerts at the House of Blues Las Vegas on November 18th and 19th, according to Rolling Stone. The band, led by reunited brothers Chris and Rich Robinson, will play their 1990 debut album, Shake Your Money Maker, in its entirety along with other classics from the band's catalogue. Tickets for both shows go on sale on September 10th at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.
Frontman Chris Robinson recalled the writing of the first Crowes' album as being the last time he was able to create anonymously: “Yeah, I was writing songs about things that I knew, but I was also writing things about things that I would have thought. Whether they'd be — any of the themes — whether they'd be relationships, or lifestyle, drugs, or whatever. And I wrote those songs in the privacy of not having an audience to where no one connected anything to the person I am, and what that means to someone else.”
