Brandi Carlile and Mickey Guyton will take part in the 31st Annual MusiCares Person of the Year Concert honoring music icon, Joni Mitchell. The tribute will take place Jan. 29, in Los Angeles.
The George Jones Museum and Restaurant in Nashville has closed. The owners sited difficulties caused by the pandemic and last year’s downtown Christmas Day bombing. It’s not known where the legend’s artifacts will end up.
Earlier this week, new artist, Payton Smith proposed to his girlfriend, Hannah Wooten on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry. At ages 21 and 22, Payton says he’s known that she was “the one,” since he was 15.
