Bits And Pieces: Lauren Alaina

Lauren Alaina will be participating in Williams Sonoma's first-ever Virtual Wellness Retreat. The two-day event will take place virtually on Saturday (January 29th) and Sunday (January 30th) with live sessions from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. PT each day of the event. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit No Kid Hungry, a national campaign working to end childhood hunger. Other celebs taking part in the retreat include author Glennon Doyle, celebrity chefs Bobby Flay and Tyler Florence, and fitness expert Alex Toussaint.
