Blake Shelton performed a special duet with his “smallest biggest fan,” according to a handmade sign that a six-year-old named Wyatt was holding up in the front row at Blake's concert on Saturday (January 29th) in Durant, OK. The sign also said that Wyatt was waiting on a heart transplant. Blake was struck by the sign and brought Wyatt on stage to help him perform his hit “God's Country.”
Wyatt's mom told TMZ that he was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a condition where the left side of the heart does not grow. Wyatt has already undergone two open-heart surgeries.
