Tool's fans aren't happy with the band at the moment. On Sunday (February 20th) night, the band posted on Instagram about news of an Ultra Deluxe vinyl version of their 2019 album Fear Inoculum which will be only sold at live shows, but it’s gonna cost big money. To begin with, it’s strictly available to fans who bought the Toolarmy VIP tickets to current concert dates. On top of that, the autographed set, which includes five discs of 180-gram vinyl with music on one side and etched art on the other, costs $810.
Via a Reddit thread, fans reacted with comments like “Seems like a great way to let your fans know that you have absolutely no respect for them, whatsoever,” and “Tool's pretentiousness knows no bounds.”
