Travis Scott is being sued for wrongful death by woman from Dayton, Ohio who suffered a miscarriage following the Astroworld festival tragedy. According to TMZ, Shanazia Williamson, who is suing Scott, Live Nation, Scoremore Holdings, and ASM Global has claimed that she was trampled during the crowd surge at the show, which resulted in injuries to her shoulder, back, chest, leg and stomach.
In documents obtained by the site, Williamson alleged that the defendants', “failure to plan, design, manage, operate, staff, and supervise the event was a direct and proximate cause of Shanazia’s injuries and death of her and Jarawd’s her partner unborn child.”
Live Nation has reportedly responded to the lawsuit and has denied “all claims.”
