Ed Sheeran surprised a 13-year-old boy by joining his Facebook art project. Noah, who has epilepsy and cerebral palsy, is a painter and raises money for a hospital in England. He had sent Sheeran painting supplies and asked if he could help.
So, Sheeran popped online and posted a video directly to Noah and committed to start painting as soon as he could.
Noah's dad said he was excited to see the post, that he left work early, to go home and share the news. He said, “It's not every day you get a video message from a global superstar. We are big fans of Ed, and we know he's a really busy guy, so it is great to know he's even heard about our project, let along willing to participate.”
Artists across the world have helped finish the art pieces, which are auctioned to help the hospital that cares for young Noah. Sheeran is one of 250 artists whose work will be auctioned later this year.
