As of press time, Lil Tjay was still unconscious after being shot in Edgewater, New Jersey earlier this week. According to TMZ, the rapper was scheduled was a CAT Scan yesterday (June 23rd) and outside of moving his legs, he's made no other bodily movements. Meanwhile, a Twitter account belonging to Bergen County Prosecutors office didn't specifically name Tjay but said that one victim is “in critical but stable condition”
As previously reported, Tjay was shot several times by a man named Mohamed Konate. Konate has been arrested and also admitted to a hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. He was later charged with three counts of first degree attempted murder.
Prosecutors say hospital video shows someone leaving Konate on the ground outside a hospital.
Meanwhile, the two men who were with Tjay at the time of the shooting were later arrested for second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
