Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong says he leaving the U.S. in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. He told fans at his concert in London on Friday (June 24th), “F**k America. I’m f**king renouncing my citizenship. I’m f**king coming here. There’s too much f**king stupid in the world to go back to that miserable f**king excuse for a country.”
He added, “Oh, I’m not kidding. You’re going to get a lot of me in the coming days.”
Green Day continue on the Hella Mega Tour with Fall Out Boy and Weezer tomorrow (Wednesday, June 29th) in Glasgow, UK.
