Dan + Shay's Shay Mooney has been shrinking over the past few months. Yesterday (Thursday, October 27th), in an Instagram story, he revealed he has lost 50 pounds over the course of the last five months thanks to clean eating, exercise and avoiding alcohol.
Fans and friends commented on Shay's latest post which includes a few pictures of him with his son. The responses are filled with compliments, including one from Morgan Wallen who wrote, “Man done got skinny on em!!!”
Shay shared his appreciation via an Instagram story writing, “Thank you guys so much for all your kind words about me lookin healthy. Really means a lot.” He continued, “Been a little over 5 months I believe and I’m down almost 50lbs. For those asking: Eating clean/not drinking alcohol and walking 7 miles a day. And some weights. That’s it! I completely changed my lifestyle and I’ve literally never felt better physically, mentally, and spiritually. If you’re lookin for a sign… – Love y’all.”
Shay and his wife, Hannah, are expecting their third child and third son.
