Megan Thee Stallion's former best friend Kelsey Harris' 88 minute interview from September 14th, 2022 was played for the jury on Friday (December 16th) in the Tory Lanez trial. The interview contradicts Kelsey's prior statements on the stand.
During the interview, Kelsey recalled herself, Megan and Tory leaving Kylie Jenner's house and Tory getting into a heated argument with Megan. During the argument, where Megan dissed Tory's career and Tory revealed that he and Megan had been intimate, Kelsey said that Tory called her and Megan “b*tches” and “hoes” and when she intervened, Tory threatened her.
She said, “He said, ‘My n***a, I’ll shoot you.’ He said that to me, and he reached like he was going to grab something, reached toward the middle console, but he never pulled anything,”
Kelsey continued, “I was like, ‘Okay, if you shoot me, I guess it’s my time to go. If you shoot me just know I have people that will ride behind me, my support.”
During the argument, Kelsey said Tory told his driver to pull over and kicked both women out of the car. She said, “I get out of my side and no sooner do you know, you start hearing gunshots going off. I looked up maybe about the second or third gunshot. You see Tory, he’s now in the front seat. I guess he must have jumped over in a smooth transition, and he’s leaning over the door.”
She added, “He’s shooting over the top of the door. (He’s) leaning over the front passenger door, and he was shooting the gun.”
Meanwhile, Kelsey also admitted during the interview that she sent a text to Megan's security that Tory shot Megan. She also revealed that Tory assaulted her that night as well when she tried to help Megan.

MEGAN THEE STALLION'S SECURITY GUARD WENT MISSING BEFORE TESTIFYING
Meanwhile, reports are saying that Megan's former bodyguard Justin Edison is nowhere to be found. Edison was supposed to give his testimony on Friday (December 16th). Megan's attorney Alex Spiro told The Shaderoom, “We recently learned that Justin Edison went missing right before he was scheduled to appear in court. The L.A. District Attorney is currently looking into his disappearance and welcomes any information on his whereabouts.”
Edison stopped responding to authorities once the trial began. Edison previously told prosecutors in a witness statement that Lanez apologized to him at Megan's rental home a day after the shooting. Edison also reportedly said that Lanez blamed the shooting on being too intoxicated.
Edison was not present for the shooting, but reportedly stated Lanez claimed to have “accidentally” hit Megan after firing the pistol randomly.
Following the statement, another report clarified that the LAPD does not currently have a missing person’s case for Edison. Reportedly, his disappearance isn’t alarming to authorities just yet. The bodyguard most recently posted on social media two weeks ago, uploading photos from a gig at the World Cup held in Qatar.
