The management of Machine Gun Kelly‘s guitarist, Sophie Lloyd is speaking out after social media users accused her of being the reason behind his relationship troubles with fiancé Megan Fox.
The statement read: “Sophie Lloyd is a professional, accomplished musician who has been needlessly dragged into the media based off of meritless accusations made by social media.”
The statement continued, “Any suggestion that she has ever acted in an unprofessional manner or stepped out of her relationship are untrue. It's disrespectful to her as a female artist and poor journalism and social commentary to be reporting anything else.”
Over the weekend, Fox hinted at a breakup and quoted a Beyonce song and posted: “You can taste the dishonesty. It’s all over your breath.” Afterwards, she deactivated her account.
People.com reported earlier this week that friends close to them say Fox had taken off her engagement ring, however, they are speaking and trying to work things out.
