Brandy Miller was fatally trampled at the concert and her sister Michelle said that the family is in the process of retaining an attorney and are planning to sue the rappers, the promoters and Main Street Armory.

The rapper is returning to her hometown of Houston to perform at the AT&T Block Party on March 31st.
