Rich Homie Quan has revealed that he and Roddy Rich have settled their differences after he accused Roddy of removing him from a track he did with DJ Drama. During an IG Live, Quan said he was supposed to appear on the track titled "FMFU" off of Drama's latest project I’m Really That, which arrived last Friday (March 31). He claimed that no one was on the track when he received it. He then played a snippet of the verse he sent over, saying, “This what I was expecting to hear."
Once the final project was released, Quan said he noticed her verse was missing and was replaced by Gucci Mane, Roddy Ricch, and Lil Wayne — and Quan feels like Roddy was behind the change. Quan explained, “Nothing against Gucci Mane, ’cause I love Gucci bruh. Bro, wouldn’t nobody on that song when it was sent to me.” He added, “Even if you ain’t want me on the song, man somebody could’ve called my phone.”
Quan said he had no clue that there were any issues between him and Roddy. He later challenged Roddy to a Verzuz battle and said that his catalog “couldn’t f*ck” with his.
Yesterday (April 4th), Quan revealed that he and Roddy settled their issues like men. He explained via IG, “Just got off the phone with @roddyricch everything is smooth. We settled it like men and I want to apologize for my position at the moment and take this opportunity to show everyone that through conversations we can have solutions.”
