Two men in New York are suing Madonna for starting her concert late. Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden accuse the Material Girl (along with Live Nation and Barclays Center) of "unconscionable, unfair, and/or deceptive trade practices" for advertising the December 13th show as having an 8:30 p.m. start time — only for Madonna to finally take the stage around 10:30 p.m. The show didn't end until after 1 a.m., when Fellows and Hadden were "confronted with limited public transportation, limited ride-sharing, and/or increased public and private transportation costs." They also "had to get up early to go to work and/or take care of their family responsibilities the next day." The suit alleges Madonna committed "a wanton exercise in false advertising" and "negligent misrepresentation.”
