The survey of 2,000 adults also found that 31% of respondents would take paid time off work to make it to a bank or shipping center in time. However, the average person goes to a physical bank only two times per month. “Digital financial – or fintech – tools make it possible for anyone, anywhere, to manage, save, send, and invest their money with confidence,” Penny Lee of the Financial Technology Association said.
