57% of Gen Z adults actually enjoy moving, but only 22% of Baby Boomers share that enthusiasm. The survey of 2,000 Americans who have moved in the past five years found that about 80% exceeded their moving budget, and it took respondents an average of five months to recover financially. Those polled didn’t expect renting a moving truck or purchasing packing materials to cost as much as they did. “It’s a huge undertaking with so many factors to think about: Logistical, emotional and financial,” Sean Burgess of Lemonade said. “And it’s very easy to forget important things.” (swnsdigital)
