Chinese researchers have found a link between coffee, mortality rate, and sitting. Notably, drinking a cup of Joe could help those who sit for long periods live longer. Data analyzed from over 10,000 Americans found that those who sat more than eight hours daily had a 46% higher risk of mortality. However, those who drank at least two cups of coffee a day saw their mortality risk slashed by 33%. “Given that coffee is a complex compound, further research is needed to explore this miracle compound,” researchers wrote.
