California Woman Blames Jetblue Incident For Cancer Returning

According to a recent lawsuit, California woman Oksana Kiritchenko is claiming that “cruel” treatment by JetBlue employees caused her cancer to return. The lawsuit says the 2023 incident, in which Kiritchenko was not allowed to bring her emotional support French bulldog into first class with her, triggered an amount of stress that could have raised her tumor levels. Kiritchenko had previously had cancer and was in remission at the time. Kiritchenko and her husband are seeking reimbursement for hospital and medical expenses, attorneys’ fees, and monetary damages.
