Are you trying to have a baby? Researchers found that women of childbearing age should get to bed no later than 10:45 p.m. to improve their odds. The study tracked 4,000 women over a five-year period, and found that those who stayed up late were 22% more likely to have fertility issues. When it comes to difficulty conceiving, about 30% of cases in the UK are due to the woman, 30% are due to the man, and the rest involve both to some degree. (dailymail.co.uk)
