A Florida woman was arrested on Monday for allegedly waterboarding her roommate’s pet spider. Okaloosa County Police say Ilena Rasmussen confessed to drowning the jumping spider in ginger ale on July 15th. The spider cost about $70. Rasmussen faces charges of animal cruelty and petty theft. (WKRG)
