The poll of 2,000 adults split by generation found that the average person realizes they’ve turned into their parent at around 30 years old. 41% of respondents feel like they’ve taken on the habits of the “airport dad” by getting to the airport extra early, coming prepared, and keeping track of luggage. “Traveling is an experience that can unexpectedly trigger our inner, parent-like behaviors,” Sade Balogun of Progressive said.
