Woman Blames Hurricane Debby For Failed Sobriety Test

A Florida woman reportedly blamed winds from Hurricane Debby for failing her sobriety test. Candace Wisecup was pulled over by Sheriff Mike Prendergast for erratic driving during the storm. When the sheriff approached Wisecup’s vehicle, he spotted four open containers on the seat next to her. Wisecup reportedly failed the field sobriety test and blamed Hurricane Debby’s winds for being unable to walk in a line. “This should remind everyone that our team is always here to ensure your safety, regardless of weather,” Sheriff Prendergast said.
