Dog Starts Fire By Chewing On Battery

A Tulsa, Oklahoma house caught fire and an indoor camera caught the arsonist: A pet dog chewing on a battery. Footage shows the dog chewing on a lithium-ion power bank while resting on his dog bed. The battery explodes and catches fire, and the guilty dog, along with the other pets in the home, look on in confusion. Fortunately, the two dogs and cat were able to leave the home through a doggy door. “I love how the dogs look like little kids deciding if it is time to run away,” one video commenter said. The Tulsa Fire Department warns people to put their lithium-ion batteries out of reach of pets and children. (Indian Express)
