New Zealand Man Wakes Up To Find Himself Circumcised

A New Zealand man claims he was circumcised against his will after seeking treatment for white patches in the area. The unnamed man said he consented to a partial circumcision, not a full one. However, it appears that the surgeon may not have been in the room when the patient verbally expressed this. The man did not realize he had been fully circumcised until several days later the procedure. An investigation has resulted in the hospital being asked to formally apologize. (People)
