85-year-old Florida Man Arrested For Sharpie Vandalization

An 85-year-old Florida man was arrested by Cape Coral police for allegedly drawing on his neighbors’ property with a black Sharpie. One victim claims Charles Robison drew a line on the back of her pickup truck because he was angry that the bed was hanging over the sidewalk. Robison has been charged with criminal mischief and all four of his alleged victims live in the Sandoval area. (NBC 2)
