Which countries experience the happiest emotions? According to Gallup’s annual Global Emotions Report, Latin America and Southeast Asia dominate the list. In the Americas: Mexico, Paraguay, Panama, Guatemala, and Costa Rica top the list with scores in the mid 80s out of 100. Respondents in Indonesia and the Philippines also experience higher-than-average levels of positive emotions including: feeling well-rested; treated with respect; learning something interesting; and joy.
