Jeffrey Piccolo is suing Disney for the wrongful death of his wife. The lawsuit states that in, October 2023, Kanokporn Tangsuan passed away due to an allergic reaction she had while dining at Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney Springs. However, court documents show that Disney is trying to dismiss the case, claiming that since Piccolo signed up for a trial of Disney+ in 2019, he is required to arbitrate all disputes with the company.
