A Zydus Medical College study found that you can have too much coffee! Researchers discovered that consuming more than 400 mg of caffeine every day…or about four cups of coffee…increased drinkers’ risk of heart issues. “Regular caffeine consumption could disturb the parasympathetic system, leading to elevated blood pressure and heart rates,” Dr. Nency Kagathara said. The parasympathetic bodily system helps bodies rest and recover. The study involved 92 healthy people between the ages of 18 and 45. Women, people who work in management roles, and city dwellers were more likely to consume excessive amounts of caffeine. (Study Finds)
