Research has found that major changes in the body can take place in your mid-40s and early 60s. A new study conducted by Stanford Medicine says that many of the molecules and microorganisms in our bodies dramatically rise or fall in number during our 40s and 60s. Researchers have also found that thousands of different molecules and microbiomes in people from age 25 to 75 do not shift gradually or chronologically. Instead, people go through two periods of rapid change in our life span around age 44 and 60. (SciTechDaily)
