Women Tries To Run Over Boyfriend With Car While On The Way To Couples Therapy (08/19)

A Minnesota woman is in custody after trying to run over her boyfriend while on their way to couples therapy. Veronica Roleen Gast and her partner of one year were on their way to their couples therapy appointment when her boyfriend told her he was ending their relationship and requested to be taken home. Gast stopped the car suddenly and demanded her boyfriend get out of the car. The boyfriend passed in front of the car to get near the sidewalk, and shortly after, Gast made eye contact with him before accelerating and attempting to run him over. He smashed into the windshield and rolled across the hood of the vehicle, lacerating his right elbow. Gast has since been arrested for second-degree assault, criminal vehicular operation, bodily harm, gross negligence and domestic assault. (Fox News)
