A man with a bloodied head after receiving a hair transplant was arrested when he refused to leave Miami airport on Tuesday (August 20th). Airline staff were concerned about the state of the man’s head and potential body fluid contamination, but he reportedly said he didn’t have any fresh bandages to clean up the would.
