Indian Man Fined For Driving Car Without A Helmet

An Indian man is being fined for driving his car without a helmet. Tushar Saxena received a text from Noida police informing him of the fine, but assumed the message was sent in error. However, traffic police later confirmed that he had to pay 1000 Indian Rupees, or about $12, for riding a four-wheeler without a helmet. A similar incident happened in Jhansi, where the driver of an Audi was fined for driving without a helmet. Saxena is still hoping the mistake will be corrected. (NDTV)
